Could someone explain to us investment novices what are "restricted common shares?" MHTX holds 64 million restricted common shares of IBX. I'm wondering what restrictions MHTX faces in it's future use of these shares of IBX. To me, the future use of these shares by MHTX management might have a major impact on the value of our MHTX stock holdings.
