Delisted stock, no news from company
Corporate website www.prvt.com is no longer active.

Does anyone have any 'information' about the company.

The CEO Charles Prast and Bert who owns the company is keeping things private' I mean I heard the bank wanted it's 5 million dollar loan back? and converted to shares or something.

no news. nothing. that is the risk of buying 'shares' in the street. or back alley.
