Great post - had no idea that China was #11 on imported steel list - and Trump cannot invoke 232 and only target China, so if he has any decent economists on his staff it's clear to me that imposing steel tariffs is just going to be taking money from one industry and giving it to another, zero sum game, except agriculture has way thinner margins and could be hurt much more the steel producers are helped.
