2. Not one concrete official filing to prove such statements.
2. Pulled multiple R/S and raising the O/S to 6.7 billion.
3. He's a twitter master!
4. He's delinquent with fillings.


Just your standard OTC CEO?
He will pull an R/S. Maybe not now but in the future. Best part is we don't know if 6.7 o/s is the top. Could be 8,9 or maxed out when all is said and done. I really don't see any equity investor getting involved.
