Just spoke to broker at Scottrade...

He assured me that they (Scottrade) saw nothing suspicious on CSHD. Thus, they have no restrictions on buying or selling. I mentioned to him about TD Ameritrade and he said that other Brokers may decide to restrict buying for several reasons.
