There is 24m shares issued and outstanding.

11,92m of those are registered on Merkur.
4,7m shares are collateral shares.(OTC).
Solomon 2,5m shares. (OTC)
Garrett R. D’Alessandro 1,1m (OTC)
Directors (other than Nils S) 0,5m (OTC)

So there is only 3,3m share available for trading on OTC.
