If you read the filings it is clear, as I read it, its my opinion that Starkman was derelict in his duties, failed to make flings on time and MANY other failures in his duties and was given notice on April 18, 2017 to take "leave".

Then there was a meeting on June 6th, 2017. ALL the motions that were passed/carried are in that document filed, publicly. After I read all those filings/documents it is clear that the management of HADV REALLY has a plan for the future here.

This is all public info if you read it. Starkman was terminated and voted OUT by the shareholders. So many people just don't read public filings.

I have searched and searched and I cannot find any lawsuits filed by Starkman.

Starkman is OUT.

My opinion is what Starkman did is CRIMINAL, making filings on a company AFTER termination. I could be wrong but thats just my opinion.
