Berine Madoffs happen yes, but they are waaaaaaaaaaaay more one offs than the norm.
Tweets are considered official company news in the eyes of the SEC. Berine did everything behind the scenes. Tom is so gregarious on Twitter if he pulled a scam he would be giving SEC the easiest criminal charges for fraud / misleading statements ever.
I don't believe for one second its not possible, just unlikely. Because you make enough people mad at you who risked more than they probably should have, and now nothing to lose... I wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life looking over my shoulder.
Certainly bet only what you can afford to lose. Don't listen to all the straight nay sayers though, they are incentivized to wreck you emotionally and do rash things. OTCs are emotional enough as is. Don't believe for a second anyone is on this board without an agenda.
Certainly don't listen to this 'i'm not selling until $20' without a huge grain of salt either. Plus I guarantee most those guys will be selling at .10 should it make it that far.
I did my calculations on worse case scenarios, that they dilute to the full 10 Billion prior to getting any sales and a low low SW multiple. (x20, lower than USA average of x25 and usually SW companies x50-x200 when they growing)
So just 10 mil in sales, at a 20x = 200 mil with 10 bil shares pps = .02. I would even be happy with half that. I can wait until the financials come out for that.
Risk? Absolutely, Risk losing everything? Yes. That is the nature of the OTC. Ideally you are already in a profitable place. You could always sell your original stake and keep what you made here.
I'm in for $20k. I am ok (not happy of course, but I'll live) losing it all for the chance of making x5-x20 back. I don't believe this will necessarily go to the moon. If something better than my worse case scenario (worse case cited above but in a 'they are legit, and get sales' manner vs, lose everything) happens, great.
