Leave water on, get a bucket with at least 3 gals of water in it and dump it in the toilet bowl, not real fast but not real slow either, dump 2 gal right off the bat and sew what happens. If it flushes ok then do the cut off coat hanger to put in the holes under the rim to clean them out and put some Lime Away in that tube that is in the tank. Try plunging first of course.
