One things for sure I would not want to be a shareholder right now! No financials filed by the legally SEC mandated deadline of yesterday and no extension filed by the deadline today. Its either very good for EDIG or very bad. They seemed to have enough money especially with the recent settlements for it to be ok for them. We shall see but you cannot simply blow off SEC deadlines with no explanation. IN my opinion. We are gonna be rich or very done in my opinion.
