The SEC legally requires an extension to be filed by the day after a filing is due but I think we all know that the GOOGLE MAGIC might not make that an actual hard deadline. I expect EDIG to come through for us all with some YUGE news that will make us all filthy rich. Those SEC deadlines are actually very flexible when it comes to MERGERS OR BUYOUTS!!! We gonna be rich I can feel it my friends. EDIG certainly has lots of money with all the recent settlements we all know about and EDIG mentioned in their April PR. Things are good! We are in the big money now! In my opinion.
