The only thing I can say is they don't have very many shares o/s at this time. They have plenty of room with the a/s increase to fund this well at current sp. I can't really see any reason to r/s except that there's some funding deal in the works, and its probably not good for existing retails. Seems really weird to me that they had Pacific Drilling buy in for part of the offering and are now proposing another r/s. Seems pretty messed up to me. Anyone else have any ideas on this??? Disturbing to say the least! (Conspiracy theory answer...reduce the o/s and then award management and directors shares. Successful well, screw investors, walk away with millions. What could possibly be wrong with that scenario??? Lawsuits???)
