Interesting...because I had read some legal docs that points out it is legal to buy on such occasions of pending deals and announcements that may be a positive material event, if such buys are shown to be planned out ....such as buying x amount of shares each month or quarter...etc and I still say it is possible for SK to have his purchases approved to be sealed from the public or ....(just like politicians can go to KCM or RCM to hide their buys...) why can't SK do the same? ...so long as it is approved by the SEC

No matter what....some excitement is lurking around the corner
