SEC is suspending NON CURRENT stocks one by one like thy did in 2014. They go after high volume stocks with lot of MOMO that are NON current. The reason is investors can lose lot off money in those.

Also many people may have reported to SEC about this one, PGP@M I believe got suspended as some BS guys I know here on IHUB contact SEC and inform them. I know who they are, go to PGP@M and DBMM@ board. I suspect these guys have informed about BVTK to SEC

Take risk, but keep it small..
You can invest freely after CURRENT
I will not mind paying 0.005-0.01 if the filings show promise and they are current

Not now..
Too risky with the bad attention this stock has caught , high volume, lots of T trades and too much Twitter noise
