Yeah it looks like they are still doing some investigating but what I find most interesting is the "timing" section in the first question.

They announced on the 28th the commencement of becoming fully reporting and then in that paragraph it said the timing would be based on their entry into business operations.

That sounds like to me that we should know the operational side of the the new WSHE very soon since the filings have started!
