I reached out to the company for comment on the cancellation process and if that affects current holders from open market purchases. It took a while for the previous response from them, but I'll post when I get it.

In my other stocks with cancellations, I've never seen a company just 'cancel shares'. They have to approach the holders, get the TA to pull back the shares after agreeance with the holders. In this case I'm 99.9% sure none of us are negatively impacted. However, I still want comment from the company as clarity on the matter.
