The way I interpret this release is as follows:

Shorty/toxic funders sold naked short around 700mm shares which they believed that they were going to get certs from the old management for.

They are not going to be getting these certs as it will not be approved.

They now have to deliver on the naked shares by buying back in the open market just like you did.

I wouldn't get to caught up in the term cancel. I look at it more along the lines of not honor..

Bottom line - the guys behind the scenes now are the real deal. This thing is gonna be huge.
