The full demand letter will become public over the next few weeks, along with any potential resolution. We have, in our possession, backup documentation that proves every allegation that shareholders have put forward.



LOL they have info that shows shareholder allegation where true LOL why then not send it to the SEC instead they`re gonna release a demand letter.

So these share holders have insider info on James doing something wrong?
