I never asserted that Quarterly Reports need to be audited. They don't. Must have me mixed up with someone else because I never said anything about Quarterly Results needing to be audited. All I said was that this merger closed on 12-2-16 as mentioned on the bottom of page 16 of the Quarterly Report. I also said that JZMY's numbers are indeed reflected in this Quarterly Report because the report confirms JZMY's assets added to the latest Balance Sheet. I only pointed out that JZMY posted $0 in business. They had no sales in January, February or March. $0
