I am as long as it gets in the OTC and hold a sizable number of shares, but to me this doesn't confirm an order. It sounds like they are putting out an ad for a fundraiser. Am I reading this incorrectly? I just don't want to see unnecessary pump, PPS will take care of itself and climb when the company formally addresses shareholders.
