The difference is that the SEC was claiming that PGPM was claiming they had producing wells on their company website in the SEC trading suspension statement. PGPM has already gone out of their was to change their website and make sure it is obvious that the wells are currently non producing.

TLDR:
PGPM has already starting complying with the SEC statements made with regards to the trading suspension.
