Paula has been around for a looooong time and has made a lot of money for herself in this business. However, she is a true believer and will do/say anything to stop PLM. She knows that they will lose in their suit against the land swap so this is the next thing in what they hope are a long line of delay tactics.

You would think, at some point, that PLM has been at this since the early 2000's and they haven't give up yet. PLM has exercised its due diligence time and time again. If anyone has proven to show a pattern of dishonesty over the years, it is the over zealous environmentalists and media.
