That sounds like "fake news." Let's just assuming that the FAA certification is good for another 2 years, that will work better for the Baltia story line.

Technically, they have to operate a part 121 flight every 90 days to stay current. I think there are ways to pick it up again but it will involve some additional scrutiny from the Feds. Definitely a complication especially if any of the 119 folks or any other key personnel have left.
