ERF Wireless, Inc. (ERFB)

This share cancellation sounds amazing. That being said. Will they actually be canceling the shares (ie 800m shares o/s down to 100m shares o/s?) or will the just get the shares back (still 800m shares o/s but ERFB now owns 700m to sell?). I'm new to some of this.

I feel like this should be rocketing right now if it were the first case? and our value would be minimum 8x once this goes though.

Anyone know how long these legal processes take?
