Double Crown Resources management wishes to update shareholders on the current status of the company and its stock. Management did complete the required financial reports but is unable to file them at this time. The company continues to function and work on its business plan. Management intends to try to restore the company's stock to normal trading status. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
