10K not neccessarily out tomorrow, RPH says the merger should complete by cob tomorrow and that will clear the way for the 10K. He does not say 10K will be out, you are setting up investors to be dissappointed if they see no 10K tomorrow. The wheel is still turning, complettion of merger is just another step forward, 10K can come at anytime after that. The deadline is still 9/30 but anything between tomorrow and then is possible
