I really don't care what their Facebook page says, clearly these people have never experienced a revocation by the SEC before. They can find $$$ to pay for the audits and reviews of their 10Ks and 10Qs and then pay to edgarize them.

But that means nothing to FINRA. Good luck finding an MM to file a 211.

Ask Renee what the stats are on the 1000s of revoked issuers over the last few years got the 211 past through FINRA...

Go ahead, ask her for the real live stats, not dubious promises from the company.
