Did anyone else notice the part of the agreement terms that prevent Rite Aid from discussing selling the rest of the company for 60 days? This is a strong indication that RAD will be looking to enter a new merger agreement with another buyer ASAP, and Walgreen's wants to get everything worked out with them before new developments ensue. Look for Amazon, Fred's, CVS, or some other entity to make a play on this very soon!
