Mr Potts doesn't need to do much other than dip into his retirement/estate and make this a pet project. Maybe we can call it his pet rocks now. He doesn't even have to package anything or sell rocks to get financing. He is the financing. What we have needed was financing. It will cost us 35%, which is better than the SOE deal which was 51% if I remember right. This is a good deal and lets face it, probably not a lot of options out there. Assuming Mr Potts money is already injected here, this is a momentous day for SRSR.
