Ok, so why would someone need to do a leveraged buyout of a company with a market cap of under one million?

Oh, because Uber is going to buy them out?

I could buy them myself and so could a few people here on this board... truth is, what company would they be buying since the company does not exist anymore?

Almost sad if it wasn't so comical.... but great post for laughs ....
