I wonder what happens to iHub's 0.47 if we factor in the dilution due to the investor's shares?

Our investor owns 70%, or 350M shares of CCTC, based on this proxy statement from 8/26/16:
Add in Neary's recent purchase of 4M shares and that's a total of: 113.4M + 350M + 4M = 467.4M issued shares.
That gives an adjusted EPS of: 0.47 * ((113.4M + 4M) / 467.4M) = $0.118 EPS. Nah, just a coincidence.
