i think this is a good price point actually
i also like tr in vegas but derek and his wife are 10x worse than mona; honestly you bought before it crashed and your cred is pretty bad because of that. they are screwing common in favor of preferred; but they have 2 of the closest shops to the strip and blum has awesome reviews; wish i could get some preferred
like mjna too but you got 300 mill market cap on that and 20 million market cap on this
