So, if the CEO has received some number of shares, a huge number according to your statement, but has not unrestricted them or sold them, then how can he have profited? Incidentally, I'm sure you know all this, but the policy of transfer agents for share issuance is that active officers and directors of companies, reporting or not, cannot have the restricted status lifted to enable trading of their shares unless the relevant company has financials that are at least current within the past two quarters. That policy would indicate that none of the current directors or officers have been able to unrestrict any shares since 2014. Interesting FACT.
