I have ordered the documents but will not have them until Saturday or Monday at the latest.

What I can gather from just reading the titles is that there has been a proposed order and motion for Consent for Substitution of Counsel.

IMO what this means is that the "moving party" (I do not know who the moving party is yet, I can tell you who I think it is ) but the party has filed a motion and proposed order asking the judge for substitution of counsel for one reason or another.

For example, let's just say someone fraudulently omitted material evidence from their counsel, the counsel might just want to withdraw from the case!!

I won't know details for a couple of days, but I will make sure I share with you what I find out.
