Please stop talking about the cash dividend!

Last CC Dan told that it is not going to happen in a while because of no bank will give a loan if it will be given away as dividends.

Lets start talking about dividends AFTER we dont have to pour money to SJAP and Mega Farm, after that we will be cash flow positive and that is the point we start talking about cash dividends.

Talking about cash dividends to happen now (this year for example) is pure nonsense and will give us nothing but false hope and dissapointments.
