PPS and charts don't lie..this had a previous rise not due to anything positive with the company but a pump...we've already established the company is failing so where is the explosion gonna come from? spontaneous combustion? what's gonna cause the pps to rise? traders ignore poor financials when there's volume and upward trend..but with this lack of interest and the pump exposed this pps is going to remain stagnant..more $$$$$$ needs to be put into this to create any momentum..and in the meantime just hope ELED does not file bankruptcy as they say may have to if can't find financing..so why wouldn't they just dilute since this is the only viable option they have.
