It seems share price controlled or blocked by some one, I notice if it goes up more than .03 cents, then bring down right away, same happen when it was .02 cents level. I guess they want to make sure, see good news ... then let's it run....This means waiting for good news until end of year, then this share price stay at same level ( .02 or .03 cents) until that time?
