Better questions to be asking is... who is Ronald A. Potts?
And who is R.P. Capital group inc?

Now many of you will confuse this with RP Capital (uk) who have no chairman named Potts.

A closer look provides this tidbit....

It's Business No. is 715944690 and this company is : Active . Rp Capital Group Inc. / Groupe Capital Rp Inc. has been operating for 1 months, and 21 days.

And Ronald A Potts can only be linked to a company called Lummi development
Which went under and became Signature Horizon which went under and became Ayre Trade Inc. Which became Rainwire inc

It's quite confusing. Ayre and Rainwire may be different companies.

But the red flags I have found in the deal are...
It's only a letter of intent.

The "financier" has only been in business just over a month.

They are using the name of a well known financier.

And the chairman is a multi fail CEO.

Not looking too great.

Seems to me that this "financing company" was created from scratch specifically for this PR.

We will see in the near future. But this needs a bit of research before it can be trusted.
