It should have bounced days ago

Why days ago? (explain chartwise why to me so I understand)... I dont see that in the chart I am seeing the probability of the bottom setting up here at 0018-0021 now that the MAs are better sequenced and support here is being accumulated well so far!

I did see a try to tap 0018s to try induce a sell at 0018 -- no one sells 10 or 50k shares at the lod unless they are there trying to steal up some shares at bottom support levels - Dirty trick but many in the otc are dirtbags
