To answer your question, I don't think they will get "delisting" issue:

1. They can always appeal to nasdaq & the stock is still trading pending appeal result from nasdaq panels

2. delist to otc then r/s then back to nasdaq...doesn't make any sense at all.

Tons of steps must be taken for that route.

Also, your ? regarding this "delisting" BS from Bears falls right into their game of spread FUD (Fears, Uncertainties, Doubts)...

You see their tactics???

I am composing of summary of why amda is under attack for years! And will post it later...it's all about snuff out the tiny ant competitor (with superior techs, products like amda's si3n4) from big boys (the elephants in the industries) that controlling the market shares of products.

Find ways to kill them! One form of attack is cutting the enemy' supply line in the art of war!

This supply line for AMDA is $$$ from investors!!! They try to scare investors away with their FUDs game!

Average total days from proxy filing date to effective date of R/S is about 45 days or more. We have to start to be over $1 by July 31st + 10 more trading days continuously til August 14, 2017. So from now til July 31st subtract the 3rd & 4th of July = Less than 30 calendar days!!!
