The old ceo that was holding it back is finally gone, and they are on the verge of fda approval which will open up the markets for them. The sp is depressed right now because they need cash, and they are doing a pp at .06, so some are selling to free up cash to participate in the pp. It should double in price quickly once the selling ends and good news is released.
