Debt is my biggest concern in the world that is unfolding before us. I've managed to eliminate all debt except for the mortgage on my home. It will cost me three times what I paid for it if I simply pay it off monthly for the next twenty years. The most pragmatic way for me to eliminate this debt is to sell my home. But, that tends to create another problem. Where to live?

I like it where I am, so I searched for a way to keep my home. And, this is it. All it has to do is get to fourty cents PPS, and I'm debt free. The little I have invested here wouldn't come close to paying off the house.

What do you think my chances are?
