Wafflez: Don't know. I don't see, even if they were to not file on time, again, why they would bother to file an NT-10K since NT late filing forms are available for notification of late quarterly filings?

I haven't seen any of those for the past three quarters so why leapfrog those and start back up w/ one?

Wouldn't make sense.

Just as little sense as, when literally ALL EYES are on them RIGHT NOW, to NOT FILE ON TIME.

That to me would be absolutely uncall3rd for after all the equity talk. New deals signed w/ required funding provided by Bravatek up front, they obviously got cash flow unless they are purposefully setting themselves up for failure. And, THAT, I could NOT imagine.

So, c'mon, the new valuation expert CPA's have been paid.

They've Will have had at least a full seven weeks now with all the numbers to perform their duties. That can't be done? Not even for the original late FY'15 10K?

That would astonish me. I can't believe that Debbie King wouldn't already had some preliminary organized figures together for Brooks when they came in board. Its not like any of this need to file has was a surprise to them.

Geesh.

But, can't say I haven't been terribly disappointed in the past, many times, due to dashed expectations and total letdowns believing in the words of penny stock company CEO's.

So, bracing for, well, given my history in this game encountered thus far the past 18yrs...no filing, news or anything else. Not even updated O/S numbers. A 'nothing burger'.

I hate say it but, yes, could be grilling up 'nothing burgers' on the grill for the 4th of July. That would be disappointing.

I hope and pray I'm not let down again...we're not let down again. I know I'm not alone.

Yes, comes a time the tweets need to be backed up. That time is upon us.

Stop the cycle, 'Tommy Boy'.

Please. Stop the cycle.

Ready for a deluge.
