Not sure you understand how orders work. Each level needs to be taken out before the MM move to the next set of shares. So even if you have 10x$1.00 and someone puts in an order to buy 10x$1.00 - the MM will fill the order with the lowest available ask price - more like .035-.037... your 10x$1.00 will sit for some time.
