The registrant anticipates a significant change in its results of operations for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016, as compared to the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, as the registrant had increasing security software operations and sales and began providing telecom services during the most recent fiscal year. A reasonable estimate of the results of operations could not be made as of the current date as the Company are still preparing the registrant's results of operations.

'Tommy Boy' and gang have literally been running their asses off for two years. No sign of them slowing down any time soon but they got more hands on deck now so hopefully they'll have that NT remedied by the weekend.
