In re: differentiation from Amazon's 600+ 4K HDR +5.1 sound growing movie library,

those who bleeve that a low-bandwidth overcompressed UF video can compete are dead wronGGG.

Nobuddy wants to watch a shetty movie that looks shetty because it's overcompressed and thus washed~OUT, fuzzy, and blocky when compared to BluRay or A higher bandwidth Amazon version that LOOKS BETTER.

If some peeps lack adequate bandwidth (and the numbers of low-speed connections are declining everyday), then they will do what most people already do with torrented content - they DOWNLOAD IT and watch it in the highest available quality and without jitter, blockiness, stutter, flickering, judder, or re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-rebuffering - and NOT stream a shetty low-res overcompressed very lossy UF stream.

There is no 'secret sauce' - no patents, no patent applications, and UF used standard compression algorithms (h.264, h.265, VP9) - the only thing UF does is overcompress into those algorithms so the picture loses quality compared to a higher bandwidth stream.

And UF admits that, which is WHY it offers higher bandwidth - because they admit higher bandwidth is much better quality. Only on UF, higher bandwidth leads to stutter, flicker, and re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-rebuffering unless one drops DOWN to the really shetty 4Mbps crap stream version.

So UF is boxed between really shetty quality at 4Mbps and the UF servers/infrastructure that can't deliver higher bandwidth streams without stutter, flicker, judder, jitter, and massive rebuffering. You can have a 50Mbps connection and UF will stutter, stall, and rebuffer at even 20 Mbps because its servers and delivery infrastructure can't puke ~OUTT the signal that fast, so they shift you to a lower 4Mbps that it can ~OUTTput at.

Screwed! UF gives you a choice - take the crapola 4Mbps overcompressed junk version, or take the higher bandwidth versions with constant jitter, judder, blockiness, fuzziness, stalling, and endless re-re-re-re-re-rebuffering until it drops the signal entirely.

Which is one Major reason why UF will be in the Minors - no, in fact UF is relegated to the T-ball league of video.

UF is a Major Failure with the Wrong Stuff. Pure garbage poorly streamed in shetty quality and massive artifacting.

Just another LOSER - like the NP-1 MOJO.

DaPathologicalLiarFoleyFelonGrifterNutcase needs a new trick - the UF trick is toast, just as the NP-1 MOJO trick was.

Mebbe he can go back to counterfeiting bogus game fobs and selling them on eBay and Craigslist.
