I don't think it's the company diluting. James specifically said no more shares are hitting the market for the next 6 months and VFIN is the main MM that handles company dilution.

Could he be lying? Of course. Wouldn't be the first PK CEO to BS about dilution. BUT after watching the MMs and O/S for the better part of 2 years now, I feel he's telling the truth about dilution.
