Really starting to enjoy your post Kurt. To add to your point maybe it's some kind of low ball protection. At first when they announced an almost doubling of authorized shares my thought was a poison pill to stop a hostile takeover. Time will tell but the picture is clearer and the gateway to a reverse seems to ever widen. Realistically If you plan to ride it out look at at least a 50% if not 75% shareholder value redux i.e. if you hold 1000 you will then hold 500 or 250 shares. JMHO
