IMO buyout imminent. I don't think the company would put out positive news and expect to trade at 1 dollar per share for ten consecutive days to maintain listing before August 14th. Don't think they would risk delisting. Also they can't sell one of their development products because they both tie in to the same delivery device so they would have to come as a package. I can see a 1 billion$+ buyout
