So what? Even if he exercises $1.5mil at $0.65 ? (which equates to 2.3 million shares, or 1/3). OWCP does that volume in 1-3 days max...Stock goes on!

What is relevant is that OWCP has announced through an 8-K and a press release that the psoriasis cream is "MARKET READY."

The Patent for the IP protection has been filed with USPTO office this week.

ALL else is pure speculation. That's why we play this game, we risk and we have a reward or losses for that risk.

To simply point out the obvious risk of ANY spec play is redundant. To point out items that have no MAJOR impact or is downright MISLEADING. To point out lies is downright MISREPRESENTATION.
